Basical a numptie was welding the bottom of his car, it caught fire causing damage to the workshop it was in & the next unit...Insurance coverd it but then the insurace co that paid out tried to reclaim the money from numptie's insurance & it ended up in the European Court of Justice...
As I understand it due to this the new rule has come out that says you have to have insurance for any vehical no matter where it is used...Hence the
threat to motorsports...

A bloke on a ladder knocked off by a tractor on a farm is the real Mr Vnuk...
& reading through this it should have been sorted out by Oct 16, 2 years from the original ruling...
