Hello from the other side
Re: Hello from the other side
Thanks Chris, the sound of a Vtwin with open cans will always satisfy my inner needs (well.. almost, not all of them)

Re: Hello from the other side
Small update:
First I decided to try cheap-ass rim tape from China
It looks fine, but unfortunately I saw it was already coming off in some places. Next time I'll buy more expensive ones, but hey it was worth the shot for 1,50 euro's.
Second, I stumbled upon a video of me playing with the throttle

And that will be the last video of me with the Mivv cans probably.. Today the mail-man brought me these baby's, Laser Deeptone
I´m waiting on the mailman again for some exhaust gaskets, hopefully next week I´ll have them mounted and tested. Here is a picture of the cans mounted on another Firestorm.

Re: Hello from the other side
The Lazer cans look good on the bike you'll have to do another video so we can hear what they sound like. Mind you the Mivv cans sound good to me,
Chris.

Welcome to the forum
Re: Hello from the other side
@Chris, thanks! Hopefully I will fit them on the bike this week. The video will surely come once I will head out with the new cans. The Mivv's do sound fantastic but I hope these Lasers will sound a bit less loud. I usually always wear earplugs but as indication the Mivv's give me headache and ringing ears without earplugs. Another upside is that the Lasers have dB-killers which I can mount for when I will be heading to Germany for instance. Most of the other time they will be lying on a shelf
@geeman, thanks haha but I've been on the forum now for more than 2 years.. (I only still use this topic to give updates about my bike)
