I tend to agree.
I'm not so sure about the safety aspect of it if we get a podium finisher in the first race making a bad start in the second, could a bit of desperation set in if the front pack is getting away?
It might cause some problems. And lets not forget Phillip Island is big and wide with places to pass and drafting is possible on the big bikes, others are a lot tighter and more difficult. It could be carnage

Supersport race was a cracker!
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

AMCQ46 wrote:I think the 2nd race reverse grid game is a bit of a bugger from the racers point of view [don't think Tom Sykes would say it worked for him, as I think he killed his tyres getting back onto the leading group], but for the spectator it gets more people in the mix and in the end the top 2 were the same.
I can see why they are giving this a go, but for me, like you Al I don't think it's the right move for the racers. Good point about Tom Sykes in the 2nd race,

Chris.

i think laverty is still on a 2013 Aprillia so not a threat atm
Catties might get him but Rea seems to be able to keep a tighter line than everyone else

I'll stick my neck out, Chaz Davies :)
Well I'm hoping. His team mate Skyes must be in there with a chance,

seems like another riding leason handed out by Rea....i still think with abit of luck Chaz is the only man who will pressure Rea this year.
