Rich man, poor man

I have a Haynes VTR manual but it doesn't say where the mixture adjustor screw is??!

Just out of curiousity where is it, and which way do you turn it to enrich and which way to lean??

Yours in utter ignorance

If there was a mixture screw we would not need dyno jet kits.

I am not a mechanic.
My reply was more a question than a solution to your problem.
Sorry I should have worded it a bit better.

To end confusion can you adjust the mixture, or do you need the dyno jet kit?

Hi mate,

I was just curious as my Haynes Manual tells me you can adjust the mixture but it doesn't say how -just goes on about boring emissions regulations which we all care so much about with are NOT FOR ROAD USE cans straped on!...

Hi mate,
I don't have a dynojet kit -may consider one soon though -at the moment just looking at the carbs in general -gonna give them a good seeing to (!!?) and may adjust the needles depending.
