To be honest with that exposed tubular frame it looks like a squashed Triumph scaffold wagon. Maybe having been sat on by a fried breakfast noshing ex squaddie! :)

thats pretty accurate apart from I never liked Fried egg banjos Kev. its a shocker though eh!
