Moto GP season starts this weekend.
Moto GP kicks off this weekend
I can't say I'm a huge fan of the Qatar circuit due to the race being ridden under floodlights, although it will give the riders a chance to give their bikes a shake down and to see what they have for the following races,
Chris.

Looking forward to it.Wonder how Dovi and Zarco will fare against Marquez.
SO WHEN DOES THIS OLD ENOUGH TO KNOW BETTER KICK IN
Re: Moto GP season starts this weekend.
Marques is going to be the one to beat I feel, I'm hoping Lorenzo will in the mix too this year

It should be a interesting race today if qualifying is anything to go by
A new lap record in qualifying, and 24 bikes on the grid. Fingers crossed it is going to be an exciting race,

Cracking close race with many in the mix ,hope it stays that way
Re: Moto GP season starts this weekend.
Yes, certainly much better than one rider getting away at the front as is quite often the case, and as you both say so many more near the pointy end

Re: Moto GP season starts this weekend.
Ducati boss was not shy of telling the media what he expects from Jorge.... and it doesn't look good if Dovi and Pedruci can win / podium, and JL is qualifying 12th and failing to finish.
P45?

Re: Moto GP season starts this weekend.
Something very strange happened to Jorge’s bike in the race. When they played the onboard footage there was no engine working for him in the bend. I’m not a a fan of the bloke but that one was machinery based. He needs to have confidence in the machine to go fast and things like that won’t help his cause.
Cal looked good though.
Funny not having Julian Ryder on the commentary team.

I too saw that footage of Lorenzo's crash, apparently his brakes failed. As you say Kev you need confidence in a bike, brake failure must be one of the worst in taking that away:-
