Brand New SP1 - 0 miles
Re: Brand New SP1 - 0 miles
That's a rare find being zero mileage, although a lot of money
I see they also have an SP2 for the same money, now where did I put that lottery ticket :-

That SP1 has been on there for years.
I think they are just using them for an advert and have no intention of selling.....unless you are dumb enough to pay that price

Surely if these have 'never been run' in 18 or so years they might well need their engines stripping and rebuilding?
Re: Brand New SP1 - 0 miles
id love to buy it. paint it matt black and put mx bars on it .just to piss the purists off when it went back for its first service
the older i get,the faster i was
Re: Brand New SP1 - 0 miles
I have wondered about that also. A major inspection in the least would be necessary. We all know that rubber/neoprene seals would be subject to deterioration. That will always be a problem for stored bikes - the lack of running can be detrimental.jchesshyre wrote: ↑Fri Sep 07, 2018 12:56 pm Surely if these have 'never been run' in 18 or so years they might well need their engines stripping and rebuilding?

Never had fuel in it..... What, not even in the factory??? Hmm.... That's a bold claim.
Anyhow, what a waste of a bike.

I'd definitely want a test ride for that money. Maybe for the Wales meet weekend?
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
