thats the plan tony i wanted to make this wheel like the dymag in that i can just pull the axle out and it just sits in postion held by the swingarm cups. makes it dead easy for wheel changes.

Re: a bit of spondoness.
so the long running battle is over, and i win , just need a new sprocket and a good clean and its good to go.
parts ended up.
Honda swingarm bolt as an axle
spacers/sleeves/bearings from all sorts
Honda wheel
rear wheel now running 4 bearings
new carrier(disc)
kawasaki disc
kawasaki caliper
Honda carbon chain guard
sprocket carrier faced
kawasaki front brake line
alloy bracket for the caliper
Ti bolts for said bracket.
i love that big ugly brute of a swingarm tho
i win. but NEVER again

Cracking job
What's with the left hand link pipe, should be able to get a better repair and have it flush and polished ?

Re: a bit of spondoness.
nothing else happening so took my chance to get the bikes bodywork off for a scrub up underneath.
rev counter retrimmed and the frame giving a wee clean up
but now heres the biggy, do i try it or not? i love the look of them and iv an old fairing here that came with the bike i got the motor from which had been running ramtubes so i can use that as a template but, when its fitted it looks a bit messy ,sorta. not sure on this so i will sit and give it some thought before getting the dremel out.

Re: a bit of spondoness.
Send everything to me, I'll test them out for you. My fairing is shaped to fit so it'll just be a case of catching me to get them back. Lol.
