Hi, thought i had better check my air filter before splashing out on a K&N and it looks like it may already have one. The filter looks like a K&N (red and black) but there are no markings on it. I always thought from previous filters that there would be some kind of makers mark on it. Have no idea what the standard filter looks like but wanted to confirm before spending money and time on cleaner kit.
Filter is covered in oil and has a little bit sitting in the bottom of the air box. I believe this means the previous owner liked sticking it on the back wheel. Hopefully does not cause any damage...... Any help would be great Thanks..
Yep, thats exactly how it looks. Just thought there would be some kind of K&N mark on it... Have seen cheap copies in the past that look very similar...
