Got out to the cave today to put some tools away & dry out the socket set that got filled with rain...
I appear to be missing an 8mm 1/4'' drive USPro socket...
I will do a more detailed search of the MacCave on Weds when I'm off work, maybe it's just in the wrong draw..another one was... or in the 10mm socket black hole...
In the meantime anyone who was using me tools would you please check your bags/pockets/ under your saddles...
Remember the saying 'If you handle another mans tool, always replace it wiped clean of any sticky residues...'
Thank you.

OI!
I wouldn't squat in the garage with all them hairy blokes watching..... I used the toilet floor, like last year.
Someone used the facilities & left a skidmark...on the front of the pan...How does that happen ...

Thanks for hosting another good one, Mac!
And it was good to meet some new friends, check out a few bikes and finally see Duffy back on the road.
We got some work done--I pulled the ti Arrows 2:1 system off mine and wrapped the rear downpipe.
Many thanks to Mac for his stock of parts, without which etc.
I had failed to remember that I would need two new exhaust port gaskets, luckily they are the same as Storm ones, and Mac had two new ones in stock.
The front exhaust studs unscrewed easily enough, the rear two both unscrewed the studs with the nuts still fitted.
Thanks to Mac for his two stainless studs, nuts and washers......
And the clamp for the rear downpipe to collector join was rusted solid, so sheared as I tried to loosen it- and Mac came up trumps with a new Mikalor clamp.
So all in all, a straightforward job but it was a good idea of mine to do it at Mac's as he had all the parts I needed.

May the sun shine and it be a nice dry day
I can smell the bacon from here.............................................................................................................................almost
Chris.
Crazy weather, bight sun then the wind picked up...hail for 5mins then the sun came back out...then a bit later more hail & some rain... Bit on the chilly side most folks kept their bike jackets on...bloody lightweight snowflake southern softies...Me I'm hard T-shirt all day...

Milly the 8mm turned up...as expected it was in the wrong draw 1/2'' not 1/4'' draw & still on an extension bar...
OK so I may have a few more tool draws than most home mechanics but most are clearly labled...having said that I still have a struggle now & then looking for something or other...

Good news.
Might have been me, don't think any of the fixings I needed to access were 8mm but could have been.
So you have now earned the right to relocate any tool of your choice to an alternative location next time you're in my garage.
Enjoy!
