Morning
Just a quick hello from here in the Antipodes - expat originally from Wales (don't hold it against me ), moved over 8 years ago.
Fairly normal ownership history, including gen1/2 Fazer 600/1000, Bandit 650, Vstrom DL1000 and my two favourties, Sprint GT and an Aprilia Falco. Haven't had a bike for a few years and have been yearning after another twin and so recently purchased (what I believe) is a superb example of a firestorm - 2006 with only one owner, clearly it was his baby quite high mileage (100k km), but it was a steal
Will post up more pics after the weekend, here is a taster
I've already seen various tips and tricks here that I will undoubtedly be asking you experts about I'm pretty handy with a spanner, rebuilding the FZS1000 and doing all minor/major maintenance (and of course, fettling) myself!
Cheers for now,
Hello from NZ
Re: Hello from NZ
I will judge you by your bikes only lol
Ok and maybe fettling yourself
Welcome !
My last bike was the st .... and my fave bike too
Should be interesting how the VTR compares.

Thanks for the welcome
What are the three things I should check, change, upgrade?
I've read a bit about the CCT and regulator...
