Post by yamawreck »

morning all, the seat on my storm is really hard, after 70 miles my butt hurts!

has anyone stuck a gel seat on theirs or come up with a better solution?

looked on google but only came up with US stuff!

no gel seats afaik

you could get the seat recovered with a gel insert i suspose.

i've learned to shift my weight around instead of worrying about it.

managed a 5 hour ride yesterday without any major upset.

No I'm not from Derby, there are quite a few storms like mine with the HRC colours, they were painted to flog off the last of the first type storms

all i did with my seat is drill the foam for more compliance to my light elbow!! :D it changes the density of the foam, hence softer seat! 8)

the only trouble now being you can't afford the gel for the seat
Never argue with an idiot, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
