You need the following bits for the conversion:
96-97 Blade forks and stanchions
96-97 Blade yokes
96-97 Blade clipons or clipons with a 5 degree drop (try spondon)
You can use your storm front wheel/disks/calipers and ignition barrel with this route but you'll need to relocate your horn.
Standard blade forks are much better than standard storm forks (allow for compression damping for a start) but are much better after a re-valve/re-spring.
The cheapest way is to source the parts yourself and do it yourself as its not that hard but if you don't trust yourself the guys at rhencullen in Hinckley who have loads of VTR knowledge will do it for you.
Still best and cheaper to source the parts yourself though (£250-£300).
I've got a blade conversion on mine with racetech valves and ohlins springs and the difference is phenomenal.
