Threads had stripped in rear caliper so bought a helicoil kit to repair it. Only a tenner from China. 15minutes to fit and all back together now. 9 spare helicoils now don't know if they'll get used as its an unusual size.

I'm guessing the helicoil repair kit took a while to arrive

Had a bit of a play. Major service on the Tuono including valve clearances. There's more stuff on these...

I'm sort of hoping that the clearances are within spec, but that's about as likely as Putin having human DNA.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Removed three of four exhaust studs without snapping them or losing any skin. The fourth just won't shift so it's off my local mechanic with it on Monday. I knew it was too good to be true when three came out.

Kicked the tires and changed the oil and filter - last on this winters to-do list.
Will not be taking it out on the road yet as they are still covered with salt :sad2

Laverda is great looking bike, I've got this Benelli with triple engine which was designed by Laverda but they went under before is was used so Benelli took it on.
