My name is Luis, 40yo, born and raised in Portugal, been in the UK for 4 years now.
I grabbed my VTR last Saturday (discovered it online @1am and fell in love, had to be mine, 3pm and it was).
Can’t be happier. Did 150 miles (and back) to get her but it was worth it.
Started in motorcycles 17 years ago with a XJ600, then moved to GSX-R 750, first a 92 then a 96, and in the UK (since 2019) had a CBR 600F.
I can say the difference is abysmal!
Love the looks, handling is still early, love the torque…. And the sound… the sound
My neighbours dont like it, not sure why, as i leave at 7am
not to bother them much
Hope to talk with you guys often, i will have a lot of questions!
