Hi guys,
I'm new here and have been doing some reading to get more familiar with my SP1. What's the deal with all the sprocket changes? My SP1 pulls like a freight train and my balls aren't big enough for me to do a top speed test.
When I bought the bike, I was given a front sprocket. I can only assume that it's been changed for a smaller one(?) cos my speedo is out.

Hi Chassman
The sprocket changes are about the cheepest way to improve the proformace of your bike.
most of us don't use the full top end capabilities( where can you ?) so instead we forgo a little topend and have ripsnorting acceleration instead
Also especially with the SP1's it helps making around town driving a little easier and reduces the lurchyness at low rpm, hell of a lot cheeper than a little black box and dyno time

PS Excellent for wheelies off the throttle too
