The bigger hose shown here (red circle) I’d assumed was a fuel return? Where does the other end locate please? On the carbs? I can’t find anything for it to plug on. Maybe it’s a water drain?
The smaller one, some kind of breather for the fuel tank, just onto the tarmac?
Cheers
I took all this apart in March

Re: Easy fuel one for 10
Perfect thanks.
So, where does B go to? What does ‘overflow’ mean please.
Is it one of the 4 that are open one end and collect together in front of the generator casing to vent down onto the floor?
Cheers

So, where does B go to? What does ‘overflow’ mean please. When you fill up at the pumps, which you will be doing quite often, If you overfill or slosh some over the top of then filler hole. The recess around the hole will catch it & it will flow down the drain hole. Its a 3-5mm hole about 9o/c. It comes out of B, the hose is there to take it away from the hot bits...

Re: Easy fuel one for 10
I think I have it sussed now. Thanks all for replies. I might only be days away from trying to start this thing up. Anyone know if everything on the wiring loom needs to be connected for it to start? I was this thinking about trying to start it long before the front is finished, which would mean having most of the front half of loom unconnected - ie lights and dials etc.

Re: Easy fuel one for 10
It should start if the ignition trigger and igniter box and ECU are connected, plus the battery and earths.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
Re: Easy fuel one for 10
Presumably the clutch microswitch? Having never ridden one of these before owning it, I’m assuming this is the case ? (Could just short across the terminals, or is it a normally closed switch?)

Re: Easy fuel one for 10
Dunno. Why not just plug everything in? Seems easier.
