Sidelight Bulb Upgrade

Post by Francom82 »

Morning Peeps

Thinking of taking the bike out for an evening ride for the first time, and spotted previous owner has changed the headlight bulb to a brighter bluer HID style unit. The sidelight capless bulb above however is still the older yellow pale light style bulb.

Is there a quick easy bulb swap for this too, so it matches the light output style of the updated HID style main bulb below?

Any model number or web shop links most helpful.

Thanks

Can I just point out the ones I put a link up for were £4.99... Free postage... So no fuel cost going to Halfrauds...

Those £14 didn't fit anyway, too long! Lens cover wouldn't go back on.

So need shorter capless one's, hope they'll do a refund even though I opened the pack to try them.

Why didn't you stick with the ones from Mac's link? Or what I posted up a link for as below? they were recommended by forum member "mjvw" in this link:

At £3.29 for two: https://www.halfords.com/motoring/bulbs ... xmo*_up*MQ

As per my latest post, no bulbs work in that socket anymore anyway!

Baffled!
