omg i bow down and take my hat off to that woman what a person to have the bottle to be a pillion again then ride on her own
again wow a real touching story from a true biker..............................

How unfortunate she had to find out the hard way :!:
I'd like to think I'd have the guts that she has if something like that happened to me :!:

In years gone by I've ridden in only shorts and a tee shirt etc, but it's true as you get older you seem to recognise the possibilities of danger more clearly :!: It's not something I'd do now :!:

IMO the rider deserves a massive slapping!!!

Firstly, pillion safety is HIS responsibility

Secondly, riding so fast that she couldn't hold on makes my blood boil

It is SOOO easy to take someone on the back and scare them witless.
It takes a lot more skill to give them a ride that them come back from with a huge grin, bouncing around and saying they've got to get a bike.
Making sure they are completely comfortable and secure is an absolute must
I've got an inferiority complex
But its not a very good one!

jesus.....those piccys has to be the most shocking i've seen in a long while

i agree with those above, the rider has all the responsibilty here


lets hope her injuries heal as best they can and as quickly as possible

i tip my hat to her getting back onto a bike, dunno if i would have
