Washer things

Hi all,

What do you call the rubber/plastic washers that are used on the fairing/screen?

They are not flat, they are sort of half round,like a sliced bagel.

Are they just called exactly that,rubber/plastic washers???

They are not grommets i'm talking about, on my bike they don't go through the fairing they just sit behind the screw head.
But they are not normal washers,if you like they are like a grommet cut in half!!!
I'm trying to get some via e-mail and i'm having a similar problem as on here trying to explain what i'm after.
