There's a load of PCIII maps available on the Rogue website HERE.....it might be worth having a look?

have you altered the gearing on yours?

Thanks for that.

It does seem way overgeared for road use. On the other hand it does return more mpg than the Storm. I find 6th gear is pretty much useless below the legal limit!

Ain't that a fact. if it's fuel economy you're after six gear sure doesn't enter the equation at normal speeds

What are the Microns like? Are they as good fit? Do they come with removable baffles?

I pick the bike up on 2nd December so will confirm. AFAIK the Microns are race cans (certainly sound like race cans.....bloody loud, bordering on obnoxious (me likey!!)

The fit looks fine...if I can get some baffles to fit into them then I will probably keep 'em. I am also getting some MTC cans with the bike so will compare them along with the stock cans (Christ, the stock cans weigh a bloody ton!)

Resurrecting an old thread!

The Microns are lovely.....well made and fit perfectly. The only problem is that they are well loud (too loud for road use, and I am not immune to a bit of V-Twin thunder).

I have fitted a pair f high level MTC cans (also pretty loud, but at least are marked road-legal)

Are you in the market for some Microns?

Very nice Zakalwe.

By the way, a friend of mine's car failed the MOT recently because the exhaust was too loud! First time I've heard of this. Apparently its a recent ruling??

Good job I have a set of standard cans then :P

Do they now measure bikes/cars with a sound level tester at MOT time then?

Does putting loud cans on after the test invalidate the MOT?...and unless they mark the MOT with the make of the can how could they prove it?
