Well folks,after unbelievable amounts of bad language i finally got the storm started today,its taken 2 months and many new world records in the claw hammer throw but it wasn't going to beat me!
Have come to the conclusion that it was down to the engine running too rich with a jet kit on standard exhausts(waited quit a while for new cans to arrive)and this carboned up the plug killing the spark.Hopefully fitting the new bodywork won't be as stressful.

this was a really nice thread to read, so glad youve got it running, that must feel great!

The bodywork is easy, just remmber its all about assembling the most of it before putting it on the bike! that and replacing the silly honda pop rivets with ya good olde zip ties (tip from ben, top lad!)
