2 into 1 exhaust system
Daz Sear VTR
Have just posted some photos of Daz Sears VTR in the Misc section of the photo gallery. Its the black framed, carbon bodywork with Ducati wheels.
Jason - Sealed exhaust with standar assembly paste. The only place i would not use this is on joins to any ports i.e. barrels.
Cheers

Hello girls, thought I'd better visit the old site and have a butchers.
Can I just say a big thanks to all that has said nice things about me.
Daz
Oh and I better say a few words about this thread I guess....
1) Ja, the exhaust looks coolon your bike mate, glad your pleased... I have to say that when it was all sat in my boot I though £200 was silly cheap for a full system but since I don't need the cash was cool in the end....LOL
2) I have spoken to Wayne who owns JACexhausts and have confirmed that we are going to make some more 2-into-1 exhausts for the VTR. We will list a stainless oval on ebay in the next week with a starting price of £150. Wayne in intending to market them for a retail price starting at £180 in stainless oval.
3) From my experiences they provide more power at the bottom end and a little less at the top end but I quite liked that since I never rev the butt off my bike and like the extra bottom end power. For some reasons the exhaust also causes a little flat spot on SOME vtr's this is easily rectified after a dyno setup but I'm not sure why all bikes don't suffer this issue, from my experience about 30-40% have. I know people that have had bikes set up for twin cans with a DJ kit have never had as issue with a single side can.
Hope this helps, please feel free to mail me daz.sear@ntlworld.com for more info or have a look at http://www.jacexhausts.com

I think it runs better less back fire and when starting from cold it seems to start up much easier.
Fitted rear LED indicators today but they forgot to include resistors
