DRILLED MUFFLERS

Post by castrolstorm »

HI THERE FOAS
Drilling the mufflers is dead easy, and like most of my mods ,cheap,or free.
all you do is to drill 5 12-13mm holes in the disc between the large dummy tailpipe, and the actual small tailpipe,at the bottom is easiest, there is more room there,TIP, start with a small drill, and work up.
the sound aint bad, nice and deep, but not too loud,it needs all the holes ,otherwise it tends to sound chuffy,at tickover,
good news is to fix it(plod,or mot) all you gotta do is cut out a thin disc, and self tapper it in the back end to cover it all up, more bottom end power ; 8)

HOPE THIS HELPS
