I bought one of these intercoms last year its still in its original package i still havn't used it and dont think i will but then the wife may want me to when she goes on the back.
I dont know whats worse though a dig in the ribs or screaming in my ears when i justup the pace abit and get carried away i forget she's on the back i'll have to give it ago but i'm sure it will be heading for the kitchen draw never to be seen again.

Slightly O/T, but I remember when I had a Fletcher 'Arrowflyte' (14') ski boat with a tasty Tohatsu two-stroke outboard 70hp on the back. Took my mother out for a blast about eight years back. Now she sat in the back as she said she'd feel safer! The rear seats faced rearwards so you got a good view of a skier etc. I was bashing up and down the Solent area enjoying myself and caught the wash of a much larger powerboat while doing about 35 knots. You are supposed to slow down and cross the wash at 90 degrees. I crossed it at 45 degrees. It caught me out as it was real rock 'n' roll moment and she went very unstable did my lovely boat. I had 'forgotten' about mum though on board. It was the shriek like a banshee that woke me up to the fact!!!!
She told me she went from one side to the other and back again without being able to hold on and of course she hadn't seen it coming as she was facing rearward.
Oohh did I get my ear bent!!!!

"Only ride as fast as your guardian angel can fly" !!!
bought the tankbag last year and did a great job for me when i went to france the Le Mons, when extended lots of room, and the bottom bit with the magnets zips off and whey hey another clear map pocket like on the top of the tank bag, and the rest of the bag is now a rukky
so on thursday went back and got me a new cover, and it does what it says on the tin, covers the bike completely right down to the floor, and loads of rain the other night and the bike was bone dry, job done

Gave in and went back today while testing a Sigma push bike computer.
Not a lot left, but bought the flat map bag as it can hold the (very thin!!!) wallet I have, the phone, the sat nav sits there very easily too and has the benefit over those little bags of the headstock retainer strap. Great for 2.99.

Me that is,
brought
9 battery chargers
1 bike cover
3 small maps/tank bags
3 chains
1 intercom
2 big tank bags
2 medium tank bags.
Will make great gifts for my brothers and bike friends,
Chargers are all being changed to have a male/female connector fitted, and small ring cable connectors fitted to all the cars, bikes, vans and tractors to keep everything topped up. for a £5 it's just the job.
Intercoms fine in our full face helmets, The Harley has it's own system.
The old cover is now used to cover the old ride on mower and is still in good nick for 3 years old.
Go bye today before it's all gone

Got some bits myself on Saturday.
Big tank bag, small tank bag, balaclava (handy for when paying for petrol and they want me to take my helmet off!)
Thought the knee protectors were overpriced at £5 each.
Back protector looked good, but could not be arsed to wear one.
Would have liked the intercom, but I know there would not be room in my full face, and I did think that perhaps it could be distracting.
