Same here standard gearing and wheelies fine in 1st/2nd, clutch up in 3rd to wheelie.

Storms have alot of bottom end torq when power wheeling, careful chaps!
Make sure you have the clutch and rear brake covered.

Safer to practice controlled clutch wheelies. :)

Don't do many rolling burnouts or donuts no more, got fed up of fitting a rear tyre every month! It's too costly while funds are low. :P

Hold it open and when you get to ? what ever revs! .Cant beleive what i am hearing!.If i pull off on tickover and twist the throttle a bit it wheelies instantly i dont have to wait for anything .Well i do actually about 6000rpm when it decides it wont rev past here without feathering throttle and unless you on balance point wheelie is over, just when trying to find second OHNEST
If it aint fixed don't break it.

the storm WILL wheelie as stock, if you cant do it, theres nothing wrong with your bike, ITS YOU!!!!!

As beast says, its a great bike to wheelie and easy as theres lots of torque, on a stock bike you should be able to get away with bringing it up in 3rd provided your standing!

pratice is the key, many many crappy wheelies later they become good...of course its slowing them down and keeping them high thats hard!

if anybody wants any tips or personal pointers feel free to get in touch!

(you know i cant help but post on wheelie threads)

Is it because my Storm is "old yellow" and as well known by respectable VTR community those are fastest?
That'll be it.
Two bikes, still only four cylinders!
