Good job with the forks, my bike is in about 1000 bits on the garage floor at the moment, i know the work it will have taken to get the forks done.

Yeah, cheers Kev.

The forks can be a pain in the butt. I bought the parts at the back end of last year. Used the http://www.vtwo.demon.co.uk web page to help with the build. I ended up using RRW forks rather than RRV's...this caused some issues.

Ive had to have the calliper mounts made and some new wheel spacers. Im really happy with the results though. It handles far better and holds a line far tighter. No more clanks or bottoming out either. Im sure you'll appreciate it when you get yours done!

Good luck!

I'm just getting the standard forks overhauled by MC Technics, and got a new WP rear shock to go with it. getting the wheels powder coated and the fork lowers and swing arm coated to, fitting an undertray, harris carbon front mudguard, also got a twin headlight conversion, new clutch plates, brake pads, clear LED rear light, chain and sprockets to fit. plus new hugger and maybe harris rear sets from eggshell if he's still about.
just picking away at a few jobs every evening.
last night was drilling one of the two sheared exhaust header bolts out. lol. what fun that was...NOT

Looks like you've got your work cut out then!

It'll be worth it when it's done!
