His oxygenated brain went flying down the road for 50 metres, before he expired...
Codswallop.
North Wales police led the world in reducing road deaths, he said, having saved 53 lives since 2001.
How on earth did they decide that?
Mr Brunstrom said his campaign to improve road safety enjoyed the support of 70 per cent of the public.
If it was a "private" meeting, as argued, how does Mr Brunstrom's campaign "enjoy" the support of any of the public?
How can they allow the chief constable to behave in such a way? He’s got to resign.
Here here.

He told the meeting: “We’re not definitely going to buy cats’ eye cameras, but they are available and we are looking into them.”
And the resulting picture was of a complete imbecile.

I TRY to respect the police, but this man undoes most of the good PR they put out. He really is out of control and unacceptable.

Why not have a charred corpse in an anti smoking campaign, if someone's house burnt down if they were a smoker?
Two bikes, still only four cylinders!

As long as s/he's recognisable so the family can relive the agony each day.

A few years ago they changed the laws here, making it dead easy (pun intended) for young lads with NO experience to get straight on whatever bikes they like. Since then, motorcycle-related deaths of young lads have skyrocketed. Go figure  . So do they revisit these laws? Of course not. They very publicly bump-up the anti-speeding campaign, blatantly discriminating against bikes, so that half of us are now riding around without licences & having to do fill & runs at petrol stations because we've spent all our money on fines.

Zer0Zer0.
I think the chaps enthusiasm for displays like this are misplaced too but to liken him to Reinhard Heydrich is somewhat off course.
I mean, the Butcher Of Prague??
