Chris.

Like many things, stuff gets confusing when you look TOO MUCH into something.
Go to shop, they say, need new pads, you buy their pads, fit them, move on to other things.
Or go home, start browsing the net, finding masses of contradictory advice, find out way more then you every wanted to know, and just get confused to the point of pulling your hair out.
Normally, I do the latter

The thing I'm after is finding a common theme/thread of information.
You're always going to get pro's and con's from different people, it's just that with this one, it was hard to get comment that leaned one way or the other.
At the end of the day I'm finally happy with my choice.
I know the rear does not need to be a razor sharp as the front as this would be dangerous. I know Sintered pads are going to eat into the single smaller rear disc, and then to cap it off was the info from that disk maker that Sintered pads don't get the loading on the back to make them work well in the 1st place.
All those things combined made me choose what I did.
That's not to mean however, someone else might think totally the opposite
