Finally did it....

Post by Zakalwe »

....got my knee down that is (without getting my elbow, shoulder, head etc dow). Went out for a run around Trough of bowland, up to Devils Bridge and back via Milnthorpe...luverly day for a run.

Couple of laps of the favourite roundabout and skeeeersh...finally got the bugger to touch down (ferkin hard when you have high rearset and short fat legs  )...chuffed to bits!

Went home, then got ferking nagged by SWMBO for being out fer 3 hours :(

...this one Clicky

I have also been known to harrass these two here

However, if it is slip-road hoonery that floats yer boat, then you can't go far wrong with this little beauty

In fact, that is is on one of my favourit runs....up the M6, off at Old Tebay, down the A685 into Kendal, then back up the A6 to Penrith and then a quick blast down the M6 to start it all over again.... fantastic sweeping open corners with great visibilityImage...of course, I am crap at it  but I kid myself that I know what I am doing :D

How far have you got to go on the M6 to get on/off that slip road??

This one, on the other hand is ace
Cloverleaf
I've got an inferiority complex
But its not a very good one!

LOVELY green roundabout   My bike must be an odd size (or is it my legs) the pegs touch down before my knees :!:

Nowt wrong with that Orange.
I'm always laughing at muppets who lean so far off their bikes to get their knee down and the bike is bolt upright still. Any one who can use a footpeg for monitoring their lean angle is cool by me 8) And you won't have to keep replacing your knee pads
