Just think, Colin Edwards (aka "The Texas Tornado") riding an
RC 211V in motogp for telephonica Honda!

The guy lives about an hour north of me. He comes out all
of the time on "good cause" rides. 2 years ago he was a guest
speaker at the "Ride for Kids", which raises money for childrens
brain tumor research..

Nuthin' better than Texans on Hondas in my opinion, ha ha

Yeah, I like Collin a lot. I have one of his Replica Helmets from Arai. It's great. Where does he live? It would be cool to meet him. He seems very down to earth and nice. Did you see him on 2 Wheel Tuesday (a show on SPEED channel) when they did an interview of him and toured the RV he lived out of this year while touring Europe for MotoGP? It was pretty cool.

I'll let you know when he does another charity ride
so you can trek down to Houston and meet him.

Yeah he's a nice bloke and a great rider, for some reason there's usually someone else who I would rather win (Rossi, Bayliss, Hodgson etc), but nuff respect to him.

He was at the Isle of Man TT last year, and led the parade lap on Joey Dunlop's old SP1, in front of about 200 classic bikes.

'Cause you're a "homer" like me.. You want the Euro guys to win
and I want the Texan to win.. It's all the same, ha ha

He is a good guy, from a personality point of view, though..

Yep I think you're right :cool2

Just read on crash.net that Rossi has taken 4 out of his 6 crew members with him!!! I think he's taking the move very seriously. He even paid them a bonus personally to change teams with him!!!

Honda have now gotta find replacements before they do any serious testing, which may impact into how much development they manage during the off season.

Rossi

I still think Rossi is screwed! (or, em, "Shagged", in your lingo, ha ha)
Regardless of who he takes with him. I just don't think the Yamaha
will take him where he's been and wants to stay
