Front caliper pins

I cant get mine to undo, so tight and they are starting to mince the head, these things are made from cheese!

does anyone have any tips before i completely destroy them?

Which bit you struggling with?the little screwin end cap or the pin itself.

If its possible i'd take the caliper off and use a decent bit in the end of an impact driver always seems to do the job for me.

Too Right. Impact drivers...love em.
And the bigger the hammer the better in my opinion

yeah its that stupid little screw cap thing,

i'll see what i can do, or i might just egt some gsxr600/750 k1 calipers rather than go for 6 pots.

i had to use an impact driver on mine m8 , take it easy with gentle taps and the little fecker should come out.

And don't forget plenty of copper grease when you put it back together.
You don't want to have the same trouble the next time you change the pads

if u have mashed em a bit already it is possible to gently tap em round with a flat blade screwdriver and a hammer......once they are out replace em with new ones and as pete.l said make sure u copper grease the new ones and the pins themselves before u put them back in
