Oils and fluids etc

I will be changing all oils and fluids at the weekend so can someone please let me know what:

engine oil
coolant
brake fluid
clutch fluid
fork fluid

to use please? Shes a '99 in yellow (if the colour makes any difference lol).

Sorry don't have an owners manual!

Engine oil i use motul semi synthetic
Brake/ clutch fluid ----- putoline 5.1
fork oil dont know havn't changed it
coolant any coolant

Trouble is Squiffs.................................... I believe that they ARE the fluid contents of your VTR!!!!
