Which Fork springs

Post by bonerp »

OK gonna have a pop at this myself. £150 for 3 hours labour to fit some springs and new fork oil - can't bring myself to spend it!!!

So, firstly I've seen some instructions somewhere on the net on removing forks. Anyone have any idea where this might be?!

Second, which springs? Ohlins none progressive or WP progressive????

Gonna try soem 10w oil in them then!

Thanks
Paul

Hi Paul,

There's probably threads on here, you could try doing a search of the forum.

Try this site, all sorts about VTR including suspension mods front & rear.

http://www.vtwo.demon.co.uk/firestorm/firestorm.htm

And this one:

You could also have a look through the links on this page:

HTH
