Time to give the bike some TLC.

advice on the following would be appreciated.

toolkits..still cant find a vtr toolkit..anyone know if another honda one is compatible..rear spring adjuster ect.

tail undertray..saw a warning about some crap ones going on ebay..anyone got any reccomendations?

huggers..i presume these are vtr specific and nothing else will fit..ie sp1?

mirror extenders..or replacements..all i can see are my elbows unless i lean off the bike-)

braided hoses..had a quote of £127 from honda dealer for just the fronts..seems a little steep..or am i likely to see the same from an independant garage?

high level cans (as close to non road legal as poss are still a dream ie loudest possible with bs stamp)

oh and double bubble screens are they year specific or will any vtr screen fit any vtr?

I got these of e-bay for £69 races set up so only uses 3 lines ( 2 front 1 back) makes a great improvement, also easy to fit

Spark plug socket that fits, C-spanner (rear shock) common nut sizes mini socket set, allen keys and a combi screwdriver. Better than the Honda one anyway.

Yeah Mototeil or something, from Germany. Fibreglass bits, dead cheap and OK for track bikes, but not very good quality and not good enough for road looks. Recommend Powerbronze and Skidmarx

SP1 wont as swingarm very different. Theoretically, anything with a similar box section swingarm and a 180 tyre could be made to fit, but save the hassle and get a proper one. Won't be any cheaper another way.

Extenders from SW Motech - recommended. R1 and Fazer mirrors apparently fit and have longer stems, but you'll pay the same if not more than extenders, which look great anyway.

About £100 + fitting is average. You can get good deals on e-bay or you can have my old ones for £20 posted

Blue Flame dual port cans can be half unbaffled for loud but not full race can loud.

Any Firestorm screen will fit.
