crashed :(

Post by warfox »

Monday night see me coming back from a training course along a b road lovely and twisty with some long straights and some good dips but overtaking a group of cars i pulled into a long space and started braking up to the car in front waiting for oncoming traffic (was a lot faster than cars in front ) timing it to over take when clear on the long dip down brought the bike out to near the middle of the road still under braking and catching the traffic in front and BANG front wheel just went from under me
stepped of the bike with left leg broken ankle riped from the handle bars and bounced down the road some considerable distance all the time i could here the bile scraping down the road most horrible sound :(
every time i landed i herd me self say ouch thats going to hurt was most strange thing wasn't scared or worried was laughing i think each impact thought would be the last only to find myself in the air and coming down again then more pain in me ankle till i finally stopped all was slant except fro the rumble from the bike and my new bluflame exhausts thats when i could of cried all year saving for em and i could only imagine what thy looked like now
a few flexing of limbs and all seemed to work to varying degrees except the ankle
well some great people stopped and helped until the ambulance appeared and the police
shh well so will be on and off depending if i can hobble to the PC
enjoy the summer grrrrrr
all the best
