mike,
i knew i should have asked him,
ive upgraded my bulb and im happy with it,
but these twinnies looked really nice, even looked like it was part of the bike and meant to be there,
it would be a shame if you could not see bugger all at night though.

I have gone HID on mine it turns night into day. Only thing with HID in H4 form is there is a fair bit of wiring to do as there is a ballast and a relay to wire. The relay is to switch from low to high beam. Its well worth it though as the differance is amazingclayderman wrote:I just upgraded to a 100/80watt I got from Halfrauds, cost about a tenner and made a world of difference. I'm also seriously considering a HID kit as they seem good value for what you get. Sorry this has drifted off topic slightly.

This was the kit I was thinking of http://www.hids4u.co.uk/product_details.asp?id=387 it looks fairly simple to wire being that it's a plug n play kit, which just leaves the mounting of the ballast box somewhere. Only downside is the price is a little steeprst steve wrote:I have gone HID on mine it turns night into day. That is a very good kit and i looked at that one myself but was put off by the price. The kit i got is the second one down on this page http://www.hids-direct.co.uk/hid-products.html. Went to the guys house to pick it up as its only 2 minutes away from where i work so got the kit for £100. He did also say that he could do them even cheaper if i got a few people together and bought in bulk.clayderman wrote:This was the kit I was thinking of http://www.hids4u.co.uk/product_details.asp?id=387 it looks fairly simple to wire being that it's a plug n play kit, which just leaves the mounting of the ballast box somewhere.
