The front pot thing applies to alot of twins, there isn't an oil pick up at the top of the cylinder is there, so after a while it will run out of oil and get rather hot!
Your mate isn't Sparks is it by any chance?
So what are Firestorms like for stunting, then?

I'm tempted to take the fairings off mine and fit flat bars later this year, especially as my neck has been really playing up these last few weeks - I think it's all that craning to look upwards from the screen (I'm a short-butt, meVeetyR wrote:IMO they are the oply thing that spoils a "fightered" storm. i would quite like that one if it had a decent headlight.

I always like the "agricultural" look of fightered twins, may look at the possibility of re-locating the rads... Can't see that one too well, but does he have two rads mounted up front, or just one? I'd imagine one would probably be enough if it's mounted in the airflow?

Firestorms don't suffer from oil starvation on the front pot, this only applies to a few twins, i.e. the SV. Otherwise i wouldnt mile long wheelie my VTR.
I knew this but still seized the front pot on my SV.
Never had fork seals go from wheelies just yet, make sure you beef up the front suspension first and wind right in. If its too light you might suffer problems.
Sure i have a couple of vidz will check and upload.
