I know my storm has gone, but did over 340 miles yesterday on beemer, started off early morning in fog, HEATED GRIPS, they must be worth their weight in gold, I know Oxford do a set, if you are thinking about it do it. Used summer gloves hands hot, wish I had them years ago.

Not needed any so far - but usually no further than 60-80 mile round trip in cold. Now I got me a Winter steed that will increase!
Good Winter gloves from Richa IceStorm.
Richa
Like the name too
Have removable liners which are handy for coldest days.
However, IMO heated liner gloves are a better option than heated grips.
Hands don't get cold when not in contact with grips (infrequesnt I know, but still...).
Also the heating elements are on the back of your hand where the blood supply is, so keeps the whole hand warm not just the palms.
I'll be getting some at NEC to put in the Richa's for long cold journeys.
Also got waterproof 'Summer' racing gloves from them which are probably the best fitting pair of gloves I've ever had.
