just back back from an afternoon blast...cold but dry, and the dreaded fuel light didnt come on till 113 miles..wooooooooo..only had the storm less than 2 weeks..canna fault it

Firestorm owners usual expression = Big Grin!
You been keeping it in mid gear and rolling throttle rather than up and down gears (4 cylinder style!) as this helps a lot with the economy.

yep mines an 01 with the smaller tank......two up steady 80 mph or so..odd overtake at 100 or so....put in £16 all day and did 170+ MILES...only had bike 2 weeks, last week did 113miles to £10..solo...but im used to riding v twins, just come from a beast of a tl'...still cant grumble for mpg...maybe the dynojet/k&n and dyno runs have helped overall mpg
