hi all,
got and fitted the full akrapovic exhaust system which i bought of si ,as it turned up yesterday......
and went for a 10 mile blast just now......

you have, if you get the chance got to get one.
i haven't even bought the filter and airbox set up of him yet,and already it rips your bloody arms out
i know i havn't ridden the storm for a good month or so ,as i been tinkering here and there in my shed, but i dont remember it being that good.......
with standard cans or the high level scorpions i had.

does someone know what bhp gains you could execpt to gain from fitting a full system like the akrapovic on a storm??
i know when i had my blade and a fitted a full yoshi rs3 system ,it was like rideing a new bike ,with 10+bhp.
as you might have guessed im one happy bunny

id have thought 7+ bhp..if set up on a dyno...if you have chance of a k&n and dyno jetting....probs expect to achieve 110-115 bhp max

ive got 105 bhp at the back wheel but i dont know it that was before or after the high level remus cans were fitted and the dyno jet kit.
so it should have atleast 120 bhp at the fly.

that will be after newbie....mines got 107 at wheel, with cans/k&n/dynojetted ....u wont make 120 just with those and a full system...that would need cams/porting etc standard bhp at wheel is 98!...

just bothered to have a good look at the dyno sheet it says,

dynorun-dj kit k&n = 103.8bhp -21.2oc
dynorun-dj kit k&n re jet = 105.1 bhp -19.5oc
dynorun-base test= 101.1- 22.2oc

doesn't say if thats with the remus fitted but probably will be.
if i had a scanner id post the dyno sheet
oh and just found out it has a k&n fitted
