You dont really need to buy one of these, you can do it with some thick 10mm washers, swap and change till you get a height that suits you.
The the benefit of the pictured one is that you dont need to remove the shock to get it in.

lol, use 1mm washers, somewhere between 3 and 6mm is recomended i think

Phew, thank heavens you got in there Kev. Yep, made my own out of a bit of spare 6mm ally. Yes it made a positive difference, just don't expect a complete transformation.

Easy enough to make and does make turn in quicker on a 'normal 'Storm although with your set-up Fishface (altered forks etc) who knows :!: :!: :!:

The BEST spacer is the one above in the schematic BUT WITH ONE CRUCIAL DIFFERENCE

Cut a slot from the hole to the long edge thus
Image
Then you dont need to drop the shock to fit more/ less spacers
You can simply loosen the shock bolt, pull the bike towards you on the side-stand and add/remove spacers
Takes 2 mins
I've got an inferiority complex
But its not a very good one!

Has anyone got access to a milling machine to knock some of these up for members?

S.Ben

You're right re. the slot. Look at my photo though.

Strange as that one spun around while fitting it so normally you wouldn't see the slot from the front facing back like this ................... said the actress to the bishop!
