James Toseland interview
My new ride is a bit of a Howler and I love to make her Squeal
It was fairly glowing:.... "Focused, beautiful, functional expensive.....Its manners, characteristics and components feel bang up to date " .....more...... "for me this effortless style, definition of purpose and exclusive feel are what mark the SP2 out as the pick of our used bike trio [Aprilia RSV-R, Duc 749] ....There's something you can't quite put your finger on. And although its two years older than the the others, the fact it has depreciated less and its absence from dealer floors indicate it'll hold onto its value"
All of which squares with my view that the SP will become a classic, which is why I won't sell my SP-1

She's my idea of beauty and thats what I ride.

I think that descption more accurately fits me!
In 20 years time I don't think there will be much differencein "desireability". In fact I'd say there isn't much difference now.
Not that Ill be riding in 20 years
In any case anything over 25cc will probably be banned by then.
