She's looking really good Pat, I luv the braced swingarm (even though you must have had to split the chain to fit), the full Akrapovic exhaust system, and the black items go very well imo against the Yellow

yes the chain had to be split, and i had to go 20 miles each way just to get the right endless link for it!!!(dont trust split links on big bikes)
but all done now.
glad you like the black on yellow,was thinking about getting the wheels done black next yr some time and running a yellow strip on the edges,
will see.

No, you definitely don't want a split link on any big bike Pat, thats for sure.

I like black wheels as they don't show up the chain lube and the like so much. Not to sure on rim tapes myself (everybody to there own and all that) about 50/50. I think your silver wheels look fairly good, Kevg had his wheels painted with paint that looks like they've been polished, I forget the actual name of it at the moment, but I thought that looked really good. Keep up the good work

update:
sent a email yesterday to the major players of steel brake lines to see if they could help me out.

hel were the only ones to bother responding.
after a few emails back and forth(each email was answered within 5 mins!!! )
i managed to order 2 x custom lines, in the lengths i wanted ,with a yellow sleeve on each, stainless clear fittings in the angles i wanted + new washers and bolts.all for £58 del.
got of the phone to the rep there and he said they would be made up tonight and sent out tonight.....this ....at 4pm.for del 2morrow or fri at the latest!!!
im well impressed....its nice to know there is still some good companys out there.i would def recommend them to anyone.

no, i did buy it .....honest, although the 260 rail has come in handy for a few things around my shed.
for example :
i walked into work one night and asked if i could cut a bit of tubeing for my shed.........yea no probs pat, was my answer.

i did not tell them that it was at least 10ft long..he he. got it running the width of my shed and have a hoist attached to it (priceless bit of kit).
another bit is proping a section of my roof up,so its like haveing a pole danceing pole in the shed just got to get the missus to use it

also made my bike lift from stannah stuff aswell.it does have its perks sometimes.
and now we have 2 x lasers getting anything cut is no more than a 20p cup of tea!!

brake hose update:got the hel yellow lines on now, looks better...will post a pic when it drys out.
