Yeah, I'm very happy with them, though I suspect the packing is shot. Possibly why I got them so cheap.

Still, a repack isn't all that expensive and Carbon Can Co arent far from me.

They are VERY loud though, even with the baffles in them.

They're pretty hard to come by.

They occasionally crop up on ebay, and (unconfirmed) this website says they stock them:

Hi Kitch

I got some MIG cans I'm going to fit onto my VTR. I'm not got that far yet but noticed you mentioned about the lack of space for indicators - hadn't even noticed that, any ideas where/what to do?

2 options I can see for indicators. Either fit a Clear Alternatives replacement LED rear light with built in indicators or I'm going to fit som mini indicators that attach to brackets I'm going to fit behind my number plate, so the indicators will be underneath the cans. This is even easier if you still have the standard undertray as its easily long enough to mount some indicators to that.

Thanks for that Kitch

I did have those options in mind. My mate was saying the intergrated tail/indicator light was illegal? So will probably go for the under pipe mounting.

Cheers

Thanks for that. I got in touch with peeps who I bought the intergrated light from and they said they haven't had any problems from any customers who have bought this unit. So I'm going to fit it and hope for the best

I was filling up yesterday, had two kids standing next to the bike when I came out after paying.

"What CC is it mister?" etc

Cue much bravado of one to the other of how fast they would go on it etc etc.

Started it and one yelped like a little girl.

Best one though was at a mates for a barby, other mate's young son is there, he's maybe 2 years old and loves his grandads bike (a VFR) sat on mine, loving it etc. Stood next to it and I start it up. Kid is off in a random direction, anywhere, just RUN AWAY!
