said it before paul..i rate triple s chains(gold), Â£38 from rufforth...then Â£30 buys u the sproks....less than Â£70 job done

..run em on loads of bikes now, cant fault em

sorry no links kaz, as mike says 1st sat of month..rufforth near york..head into rufforth and u cant go wrong just follow all cars and bikes..Â£3 to get in..then fill yer boots

...one stall inside sells chains, tell him what bike and bingo...sprokets, u will get from any bike shop...
