Pick up VTR tomorrow

Hi All,

Tomorrow I pick up my VTR1000, it's a second hander 1998 model in Black. I'm upgrading from a Suzuki GS500E...

Can't wait!

Any mods to that bike? and were bouts are you in Oz?

Got it home safely!

Went to the dealer Saturday morning and then it started pouring down with rain

Took it very easy all the way home... then gave it a big clean-up, couldn't have the new baby all dirty.

Haven't had a chance to go for a decent ride yet, but the Suzuki is looking pretty ordinary shoved in the corner of the garage now, anyone want to buy a GS500???

I sure as hell aint riding to the Gold Coast for the weekend...

I am only new to this site so I don't know of any other Melbournites on here. Maybe they will show their faces soon

I'll get in touch next week some time to organise a ride. Maybe go with a couple of the other guys i have been riding with lately too.
