Your max no claim is helping a lot Lee67. My postcode in Kent is not the problem.

Definitely need pics for that one Kitch
Seems you've thrown down the gauntlet so I thought I would step up on behalf of the former colony (ie. Canada). Here, then, is my list:
Engine/drivetrain
Cams: Yoshimura Stage 1 cams, lobe centre was changed by 2 degrees (exhaust) to strengthen the mids more than the top end (got CCT's and cam chains replaced at the same time, bike has over 100,000 km on it btw)
Heads: machined ports, 0.015" removed to raise compression slightly
Exhaust: Micron high-mount slip-ons with black anodized mounts, heat wrapping
Airbox: two short intake runners, two strategically drilled 1" holes, carved out snorkel, Flo-Commander (allows to alter jetting at the turn of a screw), Burnie Morgan mod on stock air filter
Flywheel: lightened and balanced (by Sir Roger himself)
Throttle: the obligatory RC45 throttle tube, Vista Cruise for long rides
Shifter: re-aligned shifter arm on splines to get more direct action (shortens action and improves feel)
Gearing: 15/42 with 520 pitch chain (will be replacing steel sprocket with aluminum unit soon)
Jet kit: Dynojet kit installed, dyno tuned
Oil cooler: SP1 oil cooler (at least twice the cooling area)
Engine coolant: Engine Ice with Water Wetter for cooler running
Chassis/suspension/running gear
Wheels/bearings: replaced all wheel bearings with high-speed (looser tolerance, lower friction) C3 bearings with low-friction seals. Have stock wheels on now but have PVM six-spoke magnesium cast wheels being powdercoated (fire-engine red) at this time, will be installing them shortly (with same bearings as above)
brakes: braided lines at both ends, SP front MC and calipers, EBC HH pads
forks: Race Tech 0.80 kg/mm springs, modded cartridge body (as per Sir Roger), forks set 8 mm up in triple-clamps, SRC fork brace, Shindy 7-position steering damper, anodized red hand pre-load adjusters
shock: Race Tech valving kit (slightly modded), Hyperpro progressive spring, 8 mm rear shim
undertail: Mototeck
chainguard: custom aluminum guard (with VTR cut out), painted black
Speedohealer
Lower: Sharkskinz, custom painted two-tone midnight blue and black
Rads and grills: rads painted black, grills in red
Handlebars: Heli-bars with heavy (brass) bar ends, Superbike gel grips
Windscreen: high (not sure about brand), painted black from inside for glossy shine, painted screws black too
parking light: painted black
signals: integrated into undertail in back, flush-mounts in front
Seat: Sargent
tank bra: black by Lockhart Phillips
passenger pegs: custom ZX-9 pegs mounted with 13 mm socket spacers, all painted black (exhaust mounting made it impossible to retain the stock units)
mirrors: Genmar spacers
Accessory outlet: hooked up to utilise electric gloves (I live in Canada remember)
Frame: mid-section of main spar is painted black, exposed sub-frame painted too
Crash protectors/mushrooms: some mini jobbies bought on eBay
Triple clamp: fitted a carbon fibre look-alike cover, added a small digital clock for a bicycle (convenient!!!)
Lighting: GE Nighthawk 55/60W bulb (much brighter than stock)
Rectifier: replaced with vented VFR unit, drilled holes in underside of cowling (not visible from side) for better cooling
I had a Puig hugger on it but didn't like the look so I got rid of it.
That's it for now. In the end, she is a sweeeet running Storm (had it dyno'd last fall: 111 hp and 70 ft-lbs, this before airbox mods and short runners... not bad for 100K on engine) Throttle response is "right now" at any speed and comfort and handling are awesome. I can't wait to fit hose new lightweight PVM wheels on her, he he
cheers

Here it is (note that it has changed a bit since this pic was taken: custom decals (VTR over rads, and 1000R on tail), rad grills are red.

Nice one mik.
Some bits on yours I wouldn't mind doing to mine (PVM wheels obviously *jealous*) cams, flywheel, throttle, intakes.
All are on the list.
It'll get there eventually.
I'll do pics some point in the next few days now I'm off.

Voted most likely to be found dead in park bushes following an act of autoerotic asphyxiation.
Thanks
I would love to add more, a braced swingarm, USD forks (which in turn would allow me to run bigger front rotors), (Ohlins? Penske?) reservoir shock, high comp pistons, a full exhaust... but the nonsense has to stop somewhere, lol
I think I'll have to learn to enjoy what I already have. Ah, the mod bug is a vicious creature!!!!!
cheers
