18 years now, love it.
Does your other half keep asking you "are you going to grow up one day or wait until you retire?" :D
She has given up asking me that, she knows that she is wasting her time!!!
I knew a bloke who grew up, it wasn't a pretty sight!!

2 weeks eh Mellis? Must have been hell!

Nope. But that doesn't stop every pub in the black country from displaying one of Banks's boards.

Good for cleaning the drains I'm told...

Timbo, Marston's is from Burton on Trent, not Wolverhampton. Pedigree used to be good until they stopped brewing it using the Burton Union method.

My favoured tipple these days is Greene King Abbot.

I was a Depot Manager at most of the Brewery Depots I've worked at in the last 10 years. I downshifted to Transport Manager in the last 12 months.
I worked for Bass (now Coors), Tradeteam (they deliver all Coors' products), Matthew Clark Wholesale (biggest wine wholesaler in the Country), Matthew Clark Brands (used to be Taunton Cider - try doing Diamond White tasting at 6am; soon wakes you up!), Scottish Brewers (Bellshill on the outskirts of Glasgow - best Depot I ever ran but hard as nails), Courage (part of Scottish & Newcastle), Kuehne + Nagel Drinks Logistics (deliver for S&N), and now Carlsberg.

For the record, Wolverhampton & Dudley is indeed the only Brewery in Wolverhampton but W&D (also known as 'Banks's') changed their name last year to Marston's which they bought in 1999.

Perhaps I should have put 'Carlsberg' in the first place... :D

I'm an IT system engineer working for a (too) small company based in Stratford providing support to customers who have a maintenance contract as well as new installs of everything from a PC to a Server

IMO the internet is a great thing coz it means I can do a lot more fixes remotely
But a terrible thing coz I do a lot of stuff remotely out of hours
I've got an inferiority complex
But its not a very good one!
