trouble posting pics

Hi being a bit of a divvy,i am struggling to post any pictures to the site,have had a look at the test area(beginners welcome).When i right click the picture i want,and go to properties,i cant find the url address i need,i work in a engineering enviroment,am ok with a pair of verniers,and a welding torch!! this has me beat,any ideas?

There in my pictures,i tried to follow the advice in the test area,shame the pics dont look to bad.will just have to look at everybody elses handiwork.Cheers.

Gonna use it when i can get a better background,wheelie bins and dodgy back alleys dont do it for me!Need some sun and a lakeside view,cheers.
